How to focus the idea

If in an interview the company quote the salary they are willing to offer and ask the person who attended the interview how that would satisfy his or her needs. If suppose the salary they offer does not meet the demands of the person how should one focus their ideas for their question.

Re: How to focus the idea

There is nothing wrong in putting the requirement expected if the interviewer asks the person about it.But one must take care to put the fact in a polite and reasonable manner.

Remasri it is really true of what you have said. Could you suggest something on words one can use or examples of presenting the answer for such question.
