IS / AS keyword in Procedure

IS / AS keyword in Procedure
In Procedure/function, is there any difference in IS/AS keyword?
Eg: create procedure test IS/AS BEGIN --- END; I think there is no difference. Please explain Question asked by visitor sant

Yes ,there is no difference in both the key words. You can use either of them alternately.
