The business analyst of a company prepares documents like business requirement specifications, business design documents and consult with the ceo or the chairperson of the company to prepare a project information note (pin some call these as terms of agreement between the two parties) . Once the pin document is prepared the business analyst consults the customer and then prepares a customer requirements specification or user requirement specifications documents.
