Provide some Tips for Answering

Suppose the interviewer questions like whether my present companies have advantages over the interviewer’s company how should I answer it. Some tips on this in the discussion would help me face my interview if such questions are posted.

Very nice tricky question. Even I am thinking how to answer this but could not fish out an exact answer. Hope that someone would post some interesting ideas to face this scenario.
