Drill down reports vs interactive reports

Based on transaction code how we find database tables .

Drill down reports vs interactive reports?

At the time table creation I given size category 0, in future records size is more.
what is the error, how we find this problem.

What is update task?

In transport req, if i delete task, that time report will delete
Where is all deleted report stored.
