Error while inserting or updating

I am inserting or updating 5 values to only one table, in which 3 columns are Primary+Foreign key (PK+FK). One column is PK, One is Independent. I am getting an error in UI . Foreign Key Constraint. But all My 3 values are coming from their particular table (where PK is mentioned) and what should be the $th Primary key? it should be updated of inserted?
