Can we connect Windows resources of LR to static IP System?

Hi,

I want to observe the windows resources of a static IP system, but it is not connecting to static IP, so any one tell me any other options in Load runner to observe windows resources of static IP.

A static IP Address should not matter. Some things you may want to check:
1)Can the Controller access that IP Address?
2)Is Perfmon running on the Windows machine that is being monitored?
3)Typically, perfmon requires admin privileges to access remotely. Do you have the correct permissions?
