Not able to create delivery out of sales order
I have been working on SAP R/3 release 4.6C. I have created a sales order but not able to create delivery out of it. I have checked all related master data & order data are OK. What could be the possible reasons for not generating delivery document ?

Check requested delivery date, confirmed qty in schedule line.
