I am having 16 mths of experience working as a software engg
Hello Sir,
I m having 16 months of experience working as a software engg in MNC now i got opportunity to work with the Quality team of the same company...The work in Quality team is purely non-technical...so could can you please suggest should i go for it or not...and also are there any certification in Quality management ...if yes what are they and what is the eligibility for that. Question asked by visitor Deepali

As you said ,you are having only 16 months of exp, it will be better for you to continue working in your domain as a software engg. Working with the quality team might be non-technical but it will definately open new dimensions for you. Now choice is yours.
