Option to load data into target without changing mapping

In unconnected lookup, I've data which is constant i.e) data presented in unconnected lookup changes rarely, may be once in a year... In that case, without doing any changes in the mapping, is there any option to load data into the target table?

Yes, using recache from database option we can reflect that changes data into the lookup table and we can laod into the target table.
