Permutations

Though there are different problems given below solutions are going to be same.

There are 12 questions on a true/false test. If all questions are answered, in how many different ways can the test be completed?

Each of the 8 questions on a multiple-choice test have 3 possible answers to them. If all questions are answered, in how many ways can the test be completed?

Hi James,

The answer is 4096. Formula is 2 power 12 = 4096

I think the second one answer is 6561. Solution is 3 power 8 = 6561
