I have a small doubt in your question...

Look at the (9) and (14) point....
9. the Norwegian lives in the first house
14. the Norwegian lives next to the blue house

First one state Norweign lives in the first house, but in 14th point he lives next to the blue house...

It means it is a rounded area....plz explain this one...
