Re: Do you create test plan

In this situation or in any situation, Never tell lie and tell the truth in a way that it should not hurt other or it should not given the chance for cross questioning.

The answer in your situation can be simple "No sir, I have never created the test plan. But I am well familiar with it and can try to create a test plan if current position demands it."

Then may be interviewer ask something about test plan but there will be no cross questions, and I am sure about it.
