I dont find any solution in the link which you have provided!!

What my requirement is ..when a user selects a item in "Cumbo box" in a form i want to generate text box,Text area,Some buttons in the same html form.

The link that i have mentioned is just a tutorial to analyse the concepts and use where and what u want. Thats your work to analyse it out. You cant say that the link has nothing. The word "Simple", implies, the question at the first time u asked is not mentioning wht u expect exactly. I didn't mention in the meaning that u asked a easy concept that anybody can do. And, there is nothing in sending the link to analyse/refer. Those who wants can go ahead with that link. That is one of solutions.
