I have got 6+exp work exp in front desk, since I am doing my MBA in HR, when going for a position like trainee HR most of the questions thrown to me was why HR and what made you to take up this field? Could you pls let me know how do I handle this sort of questions?

As i was already working in FrontDesk for many years i know handling people also i can mange people effectively as i have got very good communication skills
So i just wanna move to HR field as i like taking up challenges & improve myself..
