Here i am not using any formula to find the answer. I calculate manually one by one. But it took some hours to find the answer.

A similar question is also there and in that question we have to right proper count at proper index.
if we take example of 4indices then the result would be
1210
means 1 is at index 0 so in the number, 1 0 is present
2 is at index 1 so in the number, 2 1's are present
1 is at index 2 so in the number, 1 2 is present
0 is at index 3 so in the number, 0 3's are present
