Where I have to change the IP address in sybase

After changing the IP Address in sun server 5.6 ver, Sybase has unable to load it. But change to original IP address, it was woriking fine, Where I have to change the IP address in Sybase after changing the IP address in Hosts sun server, can any one help me?
