hi
I want to know how to create user's in oracle.
When I am trying to create it showing no privielages to create users.
I request if anybody could help me in this matter.

It looks like "Create User" privilege have not granted to your user...A dba user can grant you this privilege.

The dba has to run a command...

GRANT CREATE ON //database name// TO //ur username//;
