The system cannot move the file to a different disk drive

When we try to create hash files, the job is aborting with the following error message :

"GSAP_LOOKUP_CreateLkpForRegJobs..XrefSctyOvrdHash.ToBuildSctyOvrdHash: DSD.UVOpen

Can anyone of you help me ?
