Working with Access database in QTP

I am a beginner in using QTP and my programming skill is not that wide. I am working on a stock price webpage exercise. I need to capture the date, few stock name with last price at the end of day, percentage of net change and etc.. I already wrote the script to capture all those data into my datatable in QTP. My datatable format - rows represent stock name, price, percentage and so on, while my column capture the date on the page. So my problem is

HOW do i create a Access database(mdb). Do i need enter just a new blank database or i need to create a datatable(what kind of datatable) and name the row(stock name, price..)?

HOW do i update the datatable automatically into the database using ADO command?

HOW do i define the date - the stock is close on sat, sun and public holiday. My task is to compare the price with the day before when the market is open (eg - compare monday with last friday instead of sunday). The date capture is in this format - May, 17, 2007

Please help me ASAP because i really need to complete my exercise soon!

Thanks
