I am doing same type of work from 3yrs

I am working in reputed Indian software company for 3yrs 5 months for a banking product.There are no onsite oppturnites ,and technology wise also i have not get much exposure.I am planning to switch to some MNC's .Is it the right time to move i am totally confused as the company for which i work has good brand name. I am doing same type of work from 3yrs.
