About ISRO Institute for Under Graduate Course

There was a news item in the newspapers that ISRO will start an Institute to offer undergraduate course in space science/technology, w.e.f. 2007-08 academic year. Appreciate some details on same. Where the institute will be, what courses are offered, how the admission procedures will commence etc. Appreciate some feedback on same.
