Can you write your own utility functions in QTP

Can you write your own utility functions in QTP? Where would you put them once they are written so that ALL your scripts can access them?

In a .txt file, a .vbs file or a .qfl file.

You can associate these files with your Tests by:

File -> Setting -> Resources Tab
