Developing App for windows xp
I want to know about some sites which may provide me good knowledge about using windows APIs. I think of using C or C++ for buileing my app. (Free sites preferred.)
And I want to run my app as a service which runs in the background. So please help me with useful inputs. Thanks in advance.
