    Getting Error DPR-ERR-2058 The Dispatcher cannot service the request at this time

    Hi,

    I am new to Cognos. I am getting the following error when I tried to connect to ReportNet (http:// localhost / cognos8) and select the Framework Manager from tools.

    DPR-ERR-2058 The Dispatcher cannot service the request at this time. The dispatcher is still initializing.
