Yes, you can test applications developed in Java and .net in QTP.

hi jayanthi,
As you said that to test the code developed in "Dot Net and Java simple program can i use QTP" ya you can do it. Because QTp by default has web addin and once you click on web addin you will be able to do the required teas. Any other issues let me know in the forum. Thanks Deepasree

Are you testing "Functional" or "Code"? Got confused.
if it is the "Code" QTP is not for your use. You can use Junit for java application.
