TNS lost contact

Question asked by Visitor Paul Woolley

Hi

We are currently running Oracle 9i on sun server with Data stage 7.51A on seperate sun server. We keep getting and Oracle error when running a datastage job TNS lost contact - this is an intermittent problem, a job will run then will fail for no apparent reason...network seems good. tnsnames.ors is goodlistener, Config seems ok

Any advice?
