Can i use substring function to split the second column

I have a source table in which I have 2 fields 1st 2nd 101 i,k,m 102 u,j,k 103 q,e,r 104 a,s,f my requirement is to split the second column into multiple columns like 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 101 i k m 102 u j k 103 q e r 104 a s f here can i use substring function or is there any other way to do this |
