Which one is useful for the fresher to get the job

I am fresher, working in a company as a trainee. I am doing black box testing. To get a job should i learn any Tool if Yes then which one is useful for the fresher to get the job?

Each testing tool has its own uses. If one supports some platform, the other may not. If one is made specially to test the functionality the other is made to test performance.
 So, the best suggestion is to understand the basic uses of each of the testing tool and then make a decision yourself.
