Smile gui test cases

whether the links and command buttons are clickable comes under gui
testing or functional testing? can any body send me the gui test
cases. i want to know how we prepare gui test cases

What do you mean by ‘CLICKABLE”. If you are trying to say ‘are enabled when it is required’ then YES, it comes under GUI testing.

GUI Test cases:
* Are the screen controls and objects in the right place, visible and are available (enabled) when it is required.
* Is the color of the screen controls and objects smooth or are harsh on the users’ eyes.

There may be many of such test cases pertaining to the GUI of the application.

Dear sakshi,

For GUI testing we use a GUI checklist which is common for all projects.
If you want to have it, mail me , I will mail it to you.

It will help you great.
