I am trying to install Quality center starter Edition 9.0 (trial version) in windows Xp. But I couldn't install because of the following error. Wrong Attributes An Error occurred while attempting to connect to the database. Please check that the database is available and that the given parameters are correct. Click Back to correct the database configuration variables. Yet to find the solution. Can somebody help me.
