You can find php startup tutorial at

PHP offical documentation is available at
http://www.php.net/manual/en/


It has everything you need. It is very easy, you can learn it fast by yourself...
Generally you will be using PHP along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL.
So if you know these, you can do a lot with php.

You can refer to http://www.php.net/. From there you can also download the PHP manual.
