The file attached describes the effort Estimation using "USE CASE POINTS" Technique.Hope this file could give you idea about the concept.

Hi

Am unable to upload this file on forum.Its tells me that the file trying to upload is invalid( it has got three htm file saved in separate folder along with necessary picture file).
