what is the test pattern for 1+ yrs exp people in infosys..
is it the same one like for freshers ???

Infosys treat 0-1 year exp candidate as a fresher, process should be same as i know.

Can you tell about some companies who take 1 and half yr as experience as I know that companies like Infy, TCS doesnt count less tahn 2 yrs exp.
This will be of real help. I have 1.5 yr exp in QTP automated testing in a good company

I am also looking for the same dear.The difference is that I have the knowledge of winrunner but never used it in real project.Mainly we will get call after 2+ of exp. and more, but clear one thing in mind they will not do the question on testing like we phase here on geekinterview, they will totally different , you have seen my question( not answer), which have never answered by anyone, but i have phased them in real interview.
