How to find the unique id of mails through code

After logging in gmail or any other mail, we see that every mail has unique id like ID=_upro_editor@ziglar.com, ID=_upro_support@passport.msn.com etc. in gmail.

How to capture this ID in a varible through Vb code? Is it possible to identify them through any other means and capture that value?
