    dilemma in deciding

    hello friends

I have been working in the leading broking firm of India for the last 2 years.I haven't find any change in the organisation culture for the last 2 years and the salary which i am drawing there is not upto the market standards.I also noticed that the company is not fair to its clients who do the transactions through them. i also noticed that the Bosses there like those employees who are talkative and do flattery for them .I haven't develop this trait(flattery)as i hate this word because i am a firm believer that persistence and hard work always reward. But what i have noticed is totally the contrarion envoirnment.I want to left the company but i am scared off that my concern is right or not .One thing that always disturbed me is the work envoirnment in the newer company.I have maintained a very good rapport with my seniors and juniors which sometimes handicapped my creativity.
Now the ritual yearly appraisal exercise is being held and everyone is very much active in getting the maximum benifits by leveraging the maximum efforts.Even i am expecting something from this exercise in March.
Please suggest me that do i continue on the same assignment or else i search some good options after march.I know that i can do very hard work
