Personal Effectiveness Question

This is one of the common type of question asked in CSTE certification in Critical Skills Section.

You are the quality assurance manager at the ABC company. One of your quality assurance analysts is engaged in a dispute with a developer over the cause of a defect reported by the analyst. What can/should you do?

Re: Personal Effectiveness Question

hi suji,

This often happens in the real time, sit and analyse the bug reported by the tester and then if you have identified the bug falls on high severity, tell the root cause of the problem and ask him to fix the issue or else better do video recording and then tell exactly from where the bug occurs

Thanks
Deepasree
