Name different types of operating system releases?

Windows XP,vista, 7, 8, Windows Server 2003, 2007, 2010, 2012, Linux, Unix, Solaris, Chrome, Blackberry, Android, Symbian etc.

i installed windows 7 vista ultimate recently, after a few months the desktop display become black and right corner of the bottom its showing enter product key. we can get any key free or have to buy ?? if you have any idea mean plz share here. . thanks
