combining 1st n 3rd option in a job interview. The recruiters seek for loyalty in an employee and intention to improve in the future.

I would like to go for the option C, y because most of the recruiters will look for the employee to be stable in their organization and if you choose the option C while answering for this kind questions, it will make best impression on you.

I will go with option 'C', as any company wants to retain their employees as long as possible and at the same time working in a company for a longtime will help the employee also.

    c is better option as
1 and 2 option reflect that you are going to leave company in coming 5 years.

I will go with option 'C'. Being switched over to a entirely different career, I just want to move up myself in a higher position
