    Hello ,

I have seen many to struggle with this .. Please share your thoughts from your recent interview .

Which of the following options below is "not" the best way to handle a job interview?

    a. Spend time reading about the history of the company prior to the interview.

    b. Research answers for potential interview questions that may be asked.

    c. Start off the interview by talking about potential benefits and salary.

    d. Make sure your resume is up-to-date.

Please justify why the other options are not correct when choosing the correct answer for the question.

Thanks for all comments. The best answer is "a". The handshake is one of the most important factors of the job interview. A failure to perform this function properly can lead to disaster. When you shake hands with the person interviewing you, you must give them a nice firm handshake. If you're a man, and the person interviewing you is a woman, while you don't want to shake her hand too hard, you don't want to make your handshake too soft. It is best to make the handshake firm. A weak handshake conveys a weak personality, and will hurt your chances in the interview right from the beginning.

    Best,
    Chandra
