Dear I have installed BOXI R2. All services running. Designer and desktop intelligence is also working properly. Some times the Java info viewer screen comes with all required fields to login. But some times the window is appears only with username and password. In this case after filled up it does not log in. Why does this window come. All services is running. So I am having problem to log in Java info viewer. Please help out me as I am badly harresed on it. Please advise how to solve this problem as always the window will come to fill all the required fields as machine name, user id and password.
