    Can we use stored procedures in db2??
    What is the procedure for it?

    Hello,

    You can use the same way like in any other databases using CREATE PROCEDURE .. other then few syntax differences, it's pretty much the same

    To implement stored procedures in DB2:

    1.Create the stored procedure:
    *To create your own stored procedures, following the instructions in Creating a stored procedure.
    *To create the DB2-supplied stored procedures, following the instructions in Installation step 16: Define and bind DB2 objects: DSNTIJSG.
    2.Call the stored procedure in one of the following ways:
    *Call a stored procedure from an application
    *Run a stored procedure from the command line processor
