    Help with experience

I am a certified Flooring Installer and want a change of career. I am not new to computers but I am new in the field. I have been working on computers since my childhood, about 15yr. I managed to maintain a small customer base out of my home doing simple repair, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Although, I have only had one job in the IT field as a PC Repair Tech.

My question is how could I best represent my working knowledge/experience on a resume without having the employment or certifications to show for. I'm looking to get a help desk position to get my feet wet.

    Thanks in advance.

I will check and make the changes.. then you can tweak to get it better .. Hood Floors sections will go away.

Please PM me the operating systems, computer types(like windows, mac, unix) along with versions if you have , any programming languages you have looked or installed, soft wares used for Data Recovery along with any of your techniques , what kind of hardware fixes or repairs you have done, any experience with boot level when the system fails completely, there could be more .. please list those things in the same document or PM me.

It's just matter of putting words for your skills

    Cheers
    Chandra
