Getting exact recognition string

suppose you have an excel application, robot will identify it as generic object and it will give co-ordinates and we don't get exact recognition string. how to solve this problem and provide me a solution, for example: Winxp tour if you record it will detect as ( Window, "" cooords 12,25 ) by robot
