Can anyone provide me answers of following questions

1. When we need to write test scenario.

2. What is the format for writing Identified Test Scenarios. Do we need to write test cases for each Test Scenarios in the same format or in other format. Plz Explain with a suitable example

Hi... first Testing people need to identify the high level scenarios then each scenario having different testcases.

Test Screnario is the condition or situation for which the testing need to be done.

Testscenarios formate :

Scenario # |Scenario_name| desc| Ref Document| Req_id


example :

For e.g If we take the example of the ATM machine. The ATM
m/c has following functions
-Check the balance
-Withdraw of money
-issue of passbook
-mini Statement.
