    Question Answer these 2 interview questions for "Client Support Analyst Tech Support" job.

    Describe a situation where you had to utilize multiple pieces of information to resolve a complex technical issue be sure to include a brief description of the problem as well as the thought process used to achieve a resolution.

    Describe an example of when you participated in a difficult conference call with a client that was experiencing a variety of complex technical issues please be sure to describe how you were able to manage the client and field questions from the client during the process.
