Best approach to recognize the objects
I want to automate one application. But I am failing to recognize most of the objects. My applicaton uses QTP and Tables to format the data mostly. Can any one guide me what is the best approach to recognize the objects?

open object repository , click on the add-object button and put in to the application window menu, one pop-up message with three radio options displayed . click on the last radio button and click on the ok, all objects in the application is getting captured.

That’s a good way to do it.
It recognizes all the objects in the window that you click on and assigns each object with a default type. ![]()
