There is something called recovery scenario manager in QTP. What do you mean by schedule manager, now I am confused. Will you let me know what you are actually looking for.

Where did you find schedule manager option in qtp?

I hope, It is something like, to run your script at specified time (Scheduled time)
For this you dont have any option in qtp, for this u need to write a function.
