Hi there,
IMO, it is management responsibility to oversee this issue. Usually, automate testing should NOT be considered when (intended) application is not mature or stable - this is not the answer. It is just my thinking. You have to ask why requirements are constantly changed. May be because of SME or Developers don't do thing right. This is remind me 7 years ago when I was working with Win Runner. Testers were given green light to develop automate script. However, objects were constantly changed every builds that caused the scripts not function. What we were doing then was writing all scripts in DP. |
