Smile Career advice on Business Development - IT Services

Hi all,

I am currently working as Executive- Business Acquisition in a Global IT Solutions company. I joined here recently and this is my first IT company. I have done my B.Tech (IT), and since i was always keen on Business, i decided for a career into Business Development. but now the prob is i have to understand the different Functional process of the IT industry, so as to talk sense when discussing with my Clients about how our solutions can address their needs.

So i was thinking about doing a basic training course on Business Analysis or BA, but there are not many in the market. Any suggestions on the same is really appreciated.
